He answered all my questions, fixed my unit, validated my concerns, offered solutions and gave me what I was seeking, which was the root cause for my new HVAC systems issue. Samantha ? (the receptionist) was also amazing when booking the appointment. She was friendly and provided wonderful customer service. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to get this level of customer service from a company in today's market in South Florida.. “Good reliable technicians are hard to find in any field of the trades nowadays. I had a great experience with standout HiVac Tech Isaiah. Had an A/C Emergency call Saturday. HiVac on site at my Plantation home 20 minutes later. Isaiah was professional, and exhibited great trade knowledge diagnosing the leaking problem in minutes. He also helped me with my thermostat that has never worked right until now! All my friends in S. FL love HiVac and recommended them. I wasn't disappointed.
