He answered all my questions, fixed my unit, validated my concerns, offered solutions and gave me what I was seeking, which was the root cause for my new HVAC systems issue. Samantha ? “We had a very old A/C unit on our roof. I CALLED Hi-Vac and within a day or two they were able to inspect our system and roof. Tech who came was professional and thorough. We chose to move forward and are so grateful we went with Hi-Vac their tech were polite, professional and very educated in our system.
