“I had Peter come out from HI-Vac to verify an install from another vendor and i must say it was a great experience. He was early, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, fixed my unit, validated my concerns, offered solutions and gave me what I was seeking, which was the root cause for my new HVAC systems issue. Samantha ? (the receptionist) was also amazing when booking the appointment. She was friendly and provided wonderful customer service. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to get this level of customer service from a company in today's market in South Florida..
