HiVac on site at my Plantation home 20 minutes later. Isaiah was professional, and exhibited great trade knowledge diagnosing the leaking problem in minutes. “I had Peter come out from HI-Vac to verify an install from another vendor and i must say it was a great experience. He was early, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, fixed my unit, validated my concerns, offered solutions and gave me what I was seeking, which was the root cause for my new HVAC systems issue. Samantha ? (the receptionist) was also amazing when booking the appointment. She was friendly and provided wonderful customer service. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to get this level of customer service from a company in today's market in South Florida..
