- You want to inspect and replace your Air Conditioning filters every month. For folks like us, who live in a humid environment, this is very important to stay on top of. - Many A/C units have a drainage hole (condensate drain line). This area needs to be kept clear to make sure your AC unit is working properly. If left untreated a blockage could occur, either causing downtime on your system or a water leak leading to damage inside your home. - Our Peak Performance Maintenance Agreement (PDF), or Tune-Up, is a complete service of your air conditioning equipment, which all manufacturers recommend be completed twice annually (Once in the Spring & Once in the Fall) to help prolong the life of your equipment.
