I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with HiVac Air. Choosing a new air conditioner felt overwhelming at first, I did a ton of research and had about 10 different companies come out to give quotes. But from the moment I met Joe DiCresce, I knew this company was different. Joe didn’t feel like a salesman at all. He truly cared about helping us make the right choice for our home and our needs. He explained everything so clearly and with so much patience, and what really impressed me was that he gave us his best price upfront no games, no pressure, just honesty. And even when we had lots of questions, he never rushed us. He was always kind, professional, and easy to reach anytime we needed him. When it came time for the installation, Stephon and Sabastian showed up right on time. They were respectful, neat, and took their time to make sure everything was done perfectly. You could tell they took pride in their work. From start to finish, this was such a smooth, positive experience. I’m truly grateful for the care and professionalism from everyone at HiVac Air, and I’ll gladly recommend them to my friends, neighbors, and anyone looking for honest, high quality service. I cannot recommend Hi-Vac enough! we just had our second service with this company performed on May 6, and we could not be happier. Not only is the service great, but the techs are wonderful, too. The scheduling was great. The work was done on time. The two new air conditioners are in my two apartments and working perfectly. The guys were friendly and courteous and cleaned up everything when they were finished so I have nothing bad to say about this experience! Read Less
