He quickly diagnosed the issue with my mini split AC unit and explained it would be better to replace the unit. The new unit was installed quickly, literally a few days later and at a fair price. My 10 year old Air conditioning gave up. I searched around for quotes and the prices were crazy. I got lucky i stopped at the gas station in sunrise and i saw one of the HI-VAC trucks. Got the contact information. Same day Joseph DiCresce showed up to my home. He explained in detail all our options. Very honest and helpful. We got a new AC system installed for a really good price. Hi-Vac have been absolute life savers for us! We bought a house recently and the previous owners had done a bunch of bandaid fixes to their aging air conditioning unit. I contacted this company, and they did a phenomenal job. joe explained everything to the T. They had a great financing option that NO other company was able to match (trust me I looked). Our AC quit about a week ago. Called around to get quotes and no one was willing to work with us. Ended up reaching out to HI-VAC and got in contact with Joe, best decision I ever made. Not only was our problem diagnosed, but it was taken care of within a few days of me first contacting them. We needed a new air conditioner and Joe was our man!
