June 20, 2016 is the first day of summer!

Only 9 days left until its officially summer! I know, i know… the kids are already out of school, the temperatures are nearly breaking the 100s and the daily rain is making the humidity unbearable! So I guess, even though technically summer isn’t officially here, we already know what were going to expect! Oh, and also, hurricane season officially started last week too! Hurricane season officially began on June 1, 2016, and we already had a close encounter with a named storm (Charlie).

You probably already know what I’m going to say, but if you haven’t already done so, now would be a great time for your routine maintenance on your air conditioner system. You surely don’t want a breakdown mid-summer, and you definitely want to make sure everything is secure and protected in the event that we do end up encountering a named hurricane this season.
